Lets take it back a decade and some years.
My enjoyment for track & field began in the 7th grade. After several failures in sports, I finally had a spot on the track & field team. I was extremely happy to be a part of a team. I’m thankful for coaches who accepted beginners such as myself, because they allowed us to learn and find the athlete within.
After briefly practicing with the team, I gained confidence once again to try out for other athletic teams. Track & Field, gave me the courage to continue molding my potential. In high school I became a member of the cheerleading squad and dance team. I also trained and conditioned with the HS track team. As I entered college I continued in cheer & dance. It was all I knew at that time and it was what I enjoyed doing as a hobby. After my first year of college I began to explore other fitness possibilities. This was the beginning of my fitness journey. Before learning and understanding proper fitness workouts; doing lunges across the field, jumping hurtles, running around the track and up the bleachers were the only forms of exercises I would do. Although the gym is where I spend most of my time training now, an outdoors workout, will always bring me excitement.
When your body needs next level training it’s time to advance to an athletic conditioning style of training. Bleacher workouts are a quick and efficient way to burn fat fast with high intensity intervals.
